Class Start notice for 1st BHMS (2025-26 batch)It is hereby notified that the classes of new 1st Year (2025-26 batch) will commence on & from Thursday, the 13rd November, 2025 from 10.30 am onwards. All the admitted students are hereby advised to attend on the said date and must carry the followings -
1. Original Admission Letter which has been issued from our office to individual student
2. Original Verification Letter, Medical Certificate and Domicile Certificate (those who have not submitted during the time of reporting)
3. Colour Photo in white dress (5 copies of Passport size & 5 copies of Stamp size)
4. Original Marksheet, Certificate, Admit of 10th & 12th
5. Discontinuation Bond as per prescribe format
The female students who require accommodation in the Girls' Hostel of our institution are directed to contact our office without delay.

Further to notify that the received tenders will be opened on 30.10.2025 at 2.30 pm. The bidders are advised to attend at the same time.

Canteen TenderSHORT TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited from the interested contractors those having experienced for running college/hostel canteen including supply and delivery of foodstuff as shown in the schedule-II with follow the schedule I properly: -
TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS BELOW SHOULD BE STRICTLY FOLLOWED: -
1) Arrangement of utensils, oven and Gas are to be procured by the participator.
2) Accommodation and electricity will be provided by the college.
3) For sitting arrangement like Table, bench will be provided by the college.
4) Manpower with cook for running the canteen will be arranged by you, and must be well
dressed and properly maintained for hygienic purpose.
5) An amount of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) to be deposited by the party as
CAUTION MONEY which to be refunded after adjustment if any with completion of one
year.
6) No payment to be provided to the contractor other than Food charges @ Rs.5000/- (Five
Thousand Only) per head per month for the hostel residential girl and no
enhancement of rate will be considered during the tenure of this order and authority has every
right to cancel the order for the interest of the students.
7) Maintenance charges @Rs. 4000/- (Four Thousand) only per month and Electricity charges @
Rs. 8/- (Rupees eight) only per unit (on sub meter) to be paid to the college per month.
8) The contract period for one year, if satisfactory the period may extend for further one year.
9) If any loss/damage of any hostel/canteen property the same will be adjusted from the Caution
Money.
10) Supply and delivery of food stuff may also be provided to the hospital patient with same
prices.
11) The authority of college has every right to taste/check of the food stuff as and when need
without paying any amount.
12) The interested party may collect the tender form by paying Rs.600/- by cash from the
Accounts Section from 16.10.2025 to 27.10.2025 and same to be submitted within
28.05.2025 before 2pm.
13) In case of low-quality food, the party will be penalized from caution money.
The willing contractor/party may apply for tender with follow Schedule-I and II to the undersigned with their own letter head and stamped paper.
The date of opening of tender will be notified in due course.
