Guidelines to place the quotation:-
1. Bidders are advised to place a complete quotation mentioning the price, model no., warranty period of the above items.
2. The quotation must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to “The Principal-Superintendent, Metropolitan Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, Ramchandrapur, Sodepur, Kolkata – 700110”.
3. Name, Address and Contact details of the bidder should be mentioned.
4. The sealed envelope must be superscribed as “Quotation for Desktop Computer set”.
5. Last date of submission: 13.11.2025.
6. Mode of submission: Physically to the office on any working day within the last date between 12 noon to 4 pm OR by postal/courier service within the last date by 4 pm.
7. Received tenders will be opened on 14.11.2025 and all the bidder are advised to attend on the same date.
8. Quotation with other than the mentioned brand of any item(s) will be rejected without any further communication.
9. The authority reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders.
10. Bidding the lowest amount does not automatically ensure to get the purchase/work order.
11. After providing the purchase/work order the supplier will have to deliver all the parts/items in sealed packaging and to assemble the entire set at our premises failing which the purchase/work order may be cancelled.

It is hereby notified that the classes of new 1st Year (2025-26 batch) will commence on & from Thursday, the 13rd November, 2025 from 10.30 am onwards. All the admitted students are hereby advised to attend on the said date and must carry the followings -

1. Original Admission Letter which has been issued from our office to individual student
2. Original Verification Letter, Medical Certificate and Domicile Certificate (those who have not submitted during the time of reporting)
3. Colour Photo in white dress (5 copies of Passport size & 5 copies of Stamp size)
4. Original Marksheet, Certificate, Admit of 10th & 12th
5. Discontinuation Bond as per prescribe format

The female students who require accommodation in the Girls' Hostel of our institution are directed to contact our office without delay.
